Diana Heath has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations.

Diana is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at the National Center for Family Philanthropy. In this position, they are responsible for building systems, practices, and policies to promote the success of the organization. Diana also oversees performance management, financial management, and operations.

Before joining the National Center for Family Philanthropy, Diana worked at Arabella Advisors in multiple roles. Diana served as the Head of People, Learning, and DEI for their fiscal sponsorship practice, managing operations and personnel matters. Diana also led the Client Services Acceleration team, which supported efficient service delivery and staff growth. Diana was also the Head of the Family and Individual Practice, overseeing client service and operations.

Prior to Arabella Advisors, Diana worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Consultant, where they focused on organization and process efficiency consulting for Department of Homeland Security clients.

Diana started their career at Living Cities, Inc. as a Summer Associate, where they developed a business plan for a financial intermediary aimed at channeling professional athletes' giving in a strategic manner.

Diana'searliest work experience was with the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association. Diana served as the Major Gifts Manager, responsible for managing donor relationships and implementing fundraising strategies. Diana also worked as a Special Events Coordinator and Fundraising Assistant in the organization.

Throughout their career, Diana has demonstrated expertise in areas such as governance, strategic planning, and fundraising.

Diana Heath completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Cornell University from 1997 to 2001. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, specializing in Market Strategy and Analysis as well as Leadership and Ethics.
