Malia Nellums

Malia Nellums currently serves as a Program Coordinator for Leadership Programs at the National Center for Healthcare Leadership, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Malia worked as a Program Associate at NextGen America from August to November 2022, where responsibilities included streamlining executive systems, optimizing internal communications, coordinating extensive meeting schedules, and contributing to impactful project data analysis, leading to over 200,000 voter registrations. Prior experience at Houston ISD from September 2021 to June 2022 involved enhancing efficiency for various stakeholders, maintaining compliance logistics for 300 individuals, and providing on-site support in a dynamic environment. Malia holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Houston.
