Erica Roland is a CyberTipline Analyst I at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children since July 2023. Previously, Erica served as a Local Project Intern at the National Policing Institute, focusing on evidence-based innovation in policing and addressing inequities in law enforcement. As a Student Intern at the Collins Center & Child Advocacy Center, Erica supported clients, facilitated crisis meetings, and applied trauma-informed care techniques. Erica also worked as a Research Intern at Partner for Mental Health, investigating cases related to individuals adjudicated Not Guilty By Reason of Insanity. Additional experience includes caregiver responsibilities at Care.com and roles in customer service and dance instruction. Erica earned a Bachelor of Arts in Crime and Criminology from James Madison University in 2023.
