Marlene Canchasto has extensive experience in the field of analytical services and asset protection. Currently serving as a Support Specialist in the Analytical Services Division and formerly as a Call Center Specialist in the Missing Children Division at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children since June 2018, Marlene has dedicated significant time to addressing critical issues related to child safety. Previous roles include Asset Protection at JCPenney and internships with the International House of Women, the Montgomery County Police Department's Domestic Violence Unit, and the United States Secret Service. Marlene holds a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where studies were completed in December 2022, and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from the University of Maryland, completed in May 2014, alongside an Associate’s degree in General Studies from Montgomery College.
