John Holtzclaw

John Holtzclaw is currently a librarian at National Center for State Courts. John has previously worked as a library services consultant at Nationwide Insurance, a reference librarian at Franklin University, and an English as a Second Language composition instructor at The Ohio State University. John has been working in the library field since 1990 and has extensive experience in digital resource management, taxonomy creation, and market research. John is passionate about helping students and library users find the information they need and enjoys working with Lean processes.
