Sirena D. Kestner

Sirena Kestner currently serves as the Director of Association Management at the National Center for State Courts, where responsibilities include advising organizational leadership, managing day-to-day activities of associations, overseeing budget preparations, and ensuring effective conference logistics. Prior to this role, Sirena held the position of Clerk of Court at the New Kent General District Court, overseeing court operations and managing staff. Earlier experience includes various roles at the Supreme Court of Virginia, such as Deputy Clerk and Legal Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed drafting court orders, maintaining databases, and providing procedural guidance.
