Aashish Satyajith

Aashish Satyajith is a dedicated researcher with extensive experience in computational biology and computer science. Currently a Visiting Student at the National Centre for Biological Sciences since January 2020, Aashish previously held a Research Intern position at Strand Life Sciences where efforts focused on developing novel statistical methods for spatial transcriptomics-related tasks. Earlier research internships at the National Centre for Biological Sciences and The Institute of Mathematical Sciences provided foundational experience under esteemed professors. Aashish's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science (expected 2024) and a Master of Science in Computer Science (2019) from Chennai Mathematical Institute, along with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut (2017).
