Ann Barry

Ann Barry has extensive experience in leadership and organizational development, particularly within the National Charity League, Inc., where tenure began in June 2009 as Director for Region IV on the National Board of Directors. In this capacity, Ann implemented strategic planning initiatives, revised organizational bylaws, and developed programs aimed at fostering leadership among young members. Additionally, Ann held various leadership roles at the Crystal Springs Chapter from 2006 to 2008, where responsibilities included establishing governance documents and managing chapter activities. Earlier experience included leading the Parent Group Board at Crocker Middle School, managing various buyer roles for prominent retail companies such as Macy's and Joseph Magnin Company, where Ann honed skills in procurement and merchandise strategy. Ann holds a degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned between 1975 and 1980.
