Francina Franks

Francina Franks is an experienced professional who has held various roles such as National District Coordinator at National Charity League, Inc. Currently based in Georgia, North Carolina, and Virginia, Francina guides and mentors Chapter Presidents and other leaders to implement the mission and vision of NCL, Inc. With a background in technology and project management at IBM Corporation, Francina has extensive experience in developing alliance strategies, negotiating contracts, and overseeing data center outsourcing agreements. Francina holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Clemson University.
