Kyle N. has a diverse work experience in various law enforcement roles. Kyle started their career at the Springdale Police Department in 2007 as a Patrol Officer, where they protected and served the community, enforced criminal and traffic laws, and conducted investigations. Kyle later became a Police Detective, specializing in felony and misdemeanor crimes. Kyle also served as a Subject Matter Expert and a Police Sergeant at the Springdale Police Department. In addition, they worked as an SRO/Instructor, teaching high school students about criminal justice, law enforcement, and responsible citizenship. In 2022, Kyle joined The National Child Protection Task Force as the Vice President and Director of Investigations. Prior to their tenure at the Springdale Police Department, they worked as an Adult Detention Officer at the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

Kyle N. earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Florida College between the years 2001 and 2005. In 2007, they obtained a Basic Law Enforcement Officer Certificate from the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy Northwest. Kyle then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Homeland Security and Counter Terrorism from Kaplan University, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, Kyle N. has obtained several certifications, including being a Subject Matter Expert for Call Detail Record and Geolocation Analysis from ZetX in 2020, a Cellebrite Certified Operator and Cellebrite Certified Physical Analyzer from Cellebrite in October 2021, a Certified Cyber Crime Investigator from NW3C, Inc. in October 2021, and a Certified Social Media Intelligence Expert and Certified in Open Source Intelligence from the McAfee Institute in February 2021.
