Debbie Poe

Debbie Poe, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Their most recent positions include Vice President of People Services at Precept and Vice President/Senior HR Generalist at National Christian Foundation. Prior to these roles, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at The National Christian Foundation. Before their work at the foundation, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Bradley-Morris, Inc., where they played a key role in employee relations, compensation development and administration, benefits management and administration, HRMS, recruiting, payroll, and strategic alignment. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Generalist at Ingenix Pharmaceutical Services and as the VP of Human Resources at JTM Industries, Inc.

Debbie Poe, SPHR completed their education at Shorter University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Leadership in 1997.
