Maureen Freehill

Maureen Freehill currently serves as the Director of Affordable Housing at National Church Residences since October 2020, where strategic plans have been developed for affordable housing and services for seniors in Metro Atlanta, resulting in over 1,000 units of housing. Concurrently, Maureen holds a Senior Project Lead position at Eleanor Collaborative, providing actionable strategies for affordable housing solutions. Previously, roles included Senior Project Manager at Walton Communities, Project Development Manager at Norsouth Development, and various positions within New York State housing authorities, demonstrating a strong background in affordable housing development, policy analysis, and program management. Maureen’s extensive experience encompasses partnerships with diverse stakeholders and successful implementation of innovative housing programs, including award-winning initiatives. Maureen earned a BA in History from SUNY New Paltz.
