Ronald Fairrow

Ronald Fairrow has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Ronald is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at National Church Residences since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Workforce Management & Talent Acquisition at Adena Health System from 2019 to January 2022.

Ronald has also worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at McGraw-Hill from August 2018 to March 2019. Before that, they held the position of Vice President Human Resources at HKT Teleservices (Formerly PCCW Teleservices) from August 2017 to November 2018.

Ronald Fairrow has also worked as the Vice President Human Resources at NetJets from 2010 to 2017, where they provided strategic leadership and direction to the HR team. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Career Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison from 2008 to 2010, and as the Head of Executive Talent Acquisition at Nationwide from 2005 to 2008, where they focused on executive recruitment practices. Ronald began their career as the Director of Recruiting at Pactiv, LLC from 2004 to 2005.

Ronald Fairrow holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wilberforce. Ronald has also obtained a certification as a Registered Corporate Coach from the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
