Tina Rayle

Tina Rayle has extensive experience in property management and housing operations, currently serving as Project Manager for Affordable Housing Operations at National Church Residences since January 2005. In this role, Tina oversees a traveling "SWAT" team, focusing on enhancing communication and collaboration across departments to facilitate the acquisition and onboarding of new properties. With prior experience as Housing Support Team Manager, Housing Support Team Supervisor, and Acquisition/New Site Support Specialist, Tina has been instrumental in managing new site conversions in Yardi software and coordinating with regional leadership for HUD community processes. From January 2000 to January 2005, Tina worked as a Property Manager at Wallick Companies, handling multi-site residential properties, including mixed-income and tax credit sites. Tina holds an education from The University of Toledo and Liberty Center High School.
