Jay Gladden

Jay Gladden is an accomplished professional in the media and marketing industry, currently serving as Vice President of Content Sales at National CineMedia since December 2024. Previously, Gladden held the position of Global Director of Content at PHD from August 2021 to December 2024, where Gladden acted as the agency lead. Gladden's extensive background includes significant roles at The Walt Disney Company, where Gladden worked as Executive Director and Director of Entertainment Brand Solutions from October 2015 to August 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Integrated Marketing at Fusion, an ABC-Univision Joint-Venture, and in various marketing roles at ABC Television and MediaVest.
