Kelley Lou serves as the Director of Coalition Building & Engagement and the Director of Member Empowerment at the National Coalition for Asian Pacific American Community Development (National CAPACD) since August 2016, overseeing membership development and fundraising while leading advocacy and leadership training programs. Previously, Kelley held various roles, including Director of Senior and Social Services at the Chinese Community Center, where responsibilities included managing a large team, securing funding, and designing programs for underrepresented communities. Other experience includes project directorship at the Senior Community Service Employment Program, social work at Children's Hope International, and an internship at Communities in Schools. Kelley holds a Master's in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin.
