Nitin Saini has extensive experience in customer success and operations management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at National Cold Chain Inc. since November 2016. In this role, Nitin oversees functional responsibilities for all consumer packaged goods customers across Canada and the USA, managing both full-time and temporary staff to meet client performance and budgetary expectations.
