Kori Solomon has a diverse work experience in the field of design and technology. They currently serve as the UI/UX Design Lead at National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCB), leading a team of designers and ensuring adherence to design standards. Prior to this, they founded and served as the Creative Director at Blackbrd Media, a UX UI company aimed at making Jamaica a digital design destination. They also held the position of Manager, Technology, User Experience and Digital Design at Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited. Kori has previously worked as a UI/UX Designer at NCB and as an Art Director at CGR Communications. They started their career as a Graphic Designer at RJR Communications Group. Throughout their career, Kori has demonstrated a strong commitment to inclusive and accessible design practices, as well as a focus on data-driven insights for design improvements.

Kori Solomon's education history includes a certificate in Telephone & Workplace Etiquette from Professional Training & Occupational Service Ltd. in 2015. They also obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Printmaking from Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts from 2004 to 2008. In 1998 to 2002, Kori attended Wolmer's Schools. Recently, they have obtained additional certifications in various fields, such as Innovation of Products and Services from MIT Sloan School of Management and Mobile User Experience Design from The Interaction Design Foundation. They also hold certifications in Human Computer Interaction, Scrum and Agile, and Enterprise Design Thinking.
