Product Lead at National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCB)

Lloydon Bramwell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lloydon started their career at COK Sodality Co-operative Credit Union Ltd as a Client Service Representative in 2014. After that, they joined the National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCB) as an Underwriting Clerk in 2014 and later became a Process Officer from 2015 to 2016. Lloydon then served as a Branch Liaison Officer in 2016 and as a Product Development & Support Officer from 2017 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Lloydon worked as a Product Owner at NCB, and their current position is as a Product Lead. Alongside their corporate career, Lloydon is also the Chairman and Founder of the Dallas Football League, an initiative aimed at fostering togetherness and reducing violence in communities around Dallas Castle.

Lloydon Bramwell obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Banking and Finance from the University of the West Indies Mona Campus, attending from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Business from St. Georges College, attending from 2002 to 2009. Lloydon also holds several additional certifications, including Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) from the Scrum Alliance (obtained in June 2023), ICAgile Certified Professional Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) from ICAgile (obtained in 2022), The Ultimate Modern Leader from The Arbinger Institute (obtained in 2021), Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance (both obtained in June 2018), and Agile User Acceptance Testing from Duke University (obtained in 2017).
