Lornette Palmer-Rhoden

Lornette Palmer-Rhoden holds various agile certifications, including PMI-ACP, SAFE, ICP-ACC, and CSM. Currently serving as Senior Scrum Master at National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited since November 2022, Lornette supports multiple IT teams and projects while providing coaching and mentorship. Previous roles include IT Scrum Master at NCB Financial Group, Scrum Product Owner/Scrum Master at Particular Presence Technologies, and a teacher of Computer Science and Information Technology at both Immaculate Conception High School and William Knibb Memorial High School. Lornette achieved a 100% pass rate for students in external examinations and helped place multiple students among the top performers in Jamaica and the Caribbean. Lornette earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of the West Indies, Mona, and a Diploma in Education in Mathematics and Computer Science from Church Teachers' College.
