Ayman Alghamdi

Ayman Alghamdi has a strong background in HR and talent operations. Ayman is currently working as the Head of Training, Control, Support, and Operations at The Saudi National Bank (SNB) since September 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager HR Operation at SNB starting from April 2021.

Before joining SNB, Ayman worked at The National Commercial Bank - AlahliNCB as the VP - Talent Operation Manager since September 2018. Ayman also served as the Head Of Talent Operation at National Commercial Bank from September 2015. At National Commercial Bank NCB, they held the role of Head Of Training Operations & Relationship starting from March 2007.

Earlier in their career, Ayman worked at Elaf Group of Companies for Travel and Tourism as the Training Relationship Manager from September 2005 to March 2007. Ayman also gained experience as a Senior Recruitment Officer at Hilton Hotels Worldwide from March 2004 to August 2005.

Ayman Alghamdi earned a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Business & Technology from 2011 to 2013.
