Mazen Aldhabi

Mazen Aldhabi has a diverse and extensive work experience in the banking and finance industry. Mazen currently holds a position as a Board and Audit Committee Member at Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası. Prior to this, they served as the EVP- Head of Operational Risk and Senior Manager of Operational Risk at The National Commercial Bank - AlahliNCB. Mazen also worked as a Manager of Operational Risk at NCB, where they played a key role in training and creating awareness about operational risk, designing policies and procedures, and conducting risk assessments. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Senior Internal Auditor at Banque Saudi Fransi, where they evaluated financial and operating controls and tested compliance with bank policies and procedures. Additionally, they are also a GRC Board Member at Abunayyan Holding.

Mazen Aldhabi has a strong educational background in business and leadership. Mazen obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Brunel University London in 2007 and a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from King AbdulAziz University in 2005. Additionally, Mazen attended the London Business School in 2013 for a course in high performance people skills and the Columbia Business School in 2019 for a High Impact Leader program. Mazen also holds certifications in operational risk management and risk analysis from the American Academy of Financial Management (AAFM).
