Benjamin Hanley

Benjamin Hanley is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in healthcare technology and analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management for Data Quality at NCQA since November 2024, Benjamin leads business strategy and product development initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager/Project Manager at Healthix, where Benjamin managed the Healthix Focus360 Population Health Management platform, and IT Product Manager at the New York eHealth Collaborative, focusing on data interoperability projects. With a solid foundation in health data analytics from MVP Health Care and previous experience in educational product development at Kaplan Test Prep and McGraw-Hill, Benjamin holds an MBA in Innovation and New Product Development from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, complemented by a Master's degree in American Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Social Science from Boston University.
