Meghan Russo

Meghan Russo has extensive experience in recruitment and talent management. Meghan is currently working as a Principal Recruiter at NCQA, where they focus on improving the quality of healthcare. Prior to this, they worked as a Director at Chasm Partners. Meghan also served as a Program Delivery Lead at Nike, where they oversaw recruitment processes and talent management. Meghan has also worked as a Lead Recruiter at Experis/Manpower Group and as a Senior Recruiter at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions. In addition to their recruitment experience, Meghan has worked as a Dance Coach at Divine Savior Holy Angels High School, an Operations Specialist at Accunet Mortgage LLC, and a Project Coordinator at TransPerfect.

Meghan Russo obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota from 2007 to 2010.
