Matthew Seiler, R.N., CIPM, serves as Vice President and General Counsel at the National Community Pharmacists Association since May 2021, bringing extensive legal expertise from prior roles, including General Counsel for the American Physical Therapy Association and Director of Law and Corporate Secretary at the Airlines Reporting Corporation. With over 14 years of in-house legal experience, Matthew has successfully provided counsel on complex legal matters across various organizations, including the American Nurses Association and Kitch Drutchas Wagner Valitutti & Sherbrook, where the focus included medical malpractice and healthcare regulations. Matthew holds a J.D. from The Catholic University of America, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan, and leadership certificates from both the University of Virginia and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
