Swati Gupta

Swati Gupta is a Law Research Associate at the National Company Law Tribunal since April 2019. Prior to this, Swati worked as a Law Clerk at the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad. Swati holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Law College Dehradun - India, and a B.Com degree from St. Xavier's College, Ranchi. In the current role, Swati is responsible for legal research related to company law and insolvency and bankruptcy code, as well as drafting legal documents.
