Paul Lindsey

Paul Lindsey is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in advanced research and manufacturing processes. Currently serving as an Advanced Research Engineer at the National Composites Centre since April 2018, Paul focuses on designing and developing tooling for manufacturing and material process research, collaborating with major organizations such as Shell, Rolls-Royce, and Airbus. Prior to this role, Paul worked at Thales UK as a Manufacturing Engineer, where the emphasis was on designing processes to enhance defense technology production for clients like BAe Systems and the MOD. Paul's career also includes various positions that developed expertise in manufacturing and design, including Project Engineer at LIMA - University of Bath and a KTP Associate at Praxair Surface Technologies. Paul holds a BA (Hons) in Design and Technology from the University of Wolverhampton and a Master's degree in Design Engineering from Middlesex University.
