Rachael Woodburn Msc

Rachael Woodburn MSc, BSc (Hons), Assoc. CIPD is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of HR and HR Business Partner at the National Composites Centre since August 2015. Rachael has a strong track record in building relationships with line managers to address HR challenges and ensure efficient administration and advisory services. Previous roles include HR Coordinator at Co-op Legal Services, where Rachael supported various HR and Learning & Development initiatives, and Assistant roles at Co-operative Legal Services and Archer Daniels Midland. Rachael holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of the West of England and various qualifications including APM Project Fundamentals and CMI Level 5 in Management & Leadership.
