Sumati Vij

Sumati Vij has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Sumati started their career as an HR Executive in SAM Overseas, where they assisted in formulating HR policies and management. Sumati then moved on to Eland International Pvt. Ltd as a Senior HR Executive, where they were responsible for formulating HR policies and recruiting new employees. In 2005, they joined NJ Group Services LLC as an Insurance Administrator, where they directly interacted with insurance companies and processed insurance applications and claims. Later, in 2018, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Technomax LLC, where they conducted end-to-end recruitment processes using various tools. Currently, Sumati is an Assistant Vice President at National Computer Systems, where they oversee the team's day-to-day operations and sets goals for the team.

Sumati Vij completed their education in a chronological order. Sumati first attended Delhi University from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Sociology. Following that, they pursued an MBA in Human Resources from the All India Management Association from 2001 to 2003.
