Farida Mohamedshah, MS, CNS currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Scientific & Regulatory Affairs at the National Confectioners Association. Previously, Farida held the position of Director of Food Health and Nutrition at the Institute of Food Technologists. Farida is a scientific and technical resource for staff and members, providing expertise in food science, technology, nutrition, health, and wellness fields. Farida holds a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition & Food Systems from the University of Maryland, along with a Master of Science in Textile Chemistry and Clothing and a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics from the University of Bombay.
