Lory Reveil, Ph.D., is currently serving as the Director of Food Safety & Scientific Affairs at the National Confectioners Association. Prior to this role, Lory held positions at the American Frozen Food Institute and Cornell University, where they conducted research on dairy environmental conditions and gene sequencing. Lory also interned at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and conducted undergraduate research at the University of New Mexico focused on antimicrobial-producing bacteria in cave environments. With a Ph.D. in Microbiology from Cornell University, Lory brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their current role.
