Andrew Mroch is an experienced research psychometrician with a strong background in educational psychology. Currently serving as Principal Research Psychometrician at the National Conference of Bar Examiners since July 2015, Andrew has held various roles including Senior Research Psychometrician and Research Psychometrician within the same organization from June 2006 to July 2010. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Psychometrician and Psychometrician at ACT from October 2011 to June 2015, as well as a Research Scientist at Pearson from August 2010 to October 2011. Andrew holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained between 1998 and 2006, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Iowa State University, completed in 1998.
