Ken Kraus is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel, litigation, and academia. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel and Director of Test Operations at the National Conference of Bar Examiners since April 2019, Ken directs the editorial content, publishing, distribution, and scoring of bar exams while advising jurisdictions on grading. Prior to this role, Ken founded Ken Kraus Law, LLC in August 2018, continuing a focus on business litigation and wage and hour litigation after seven years at KrausFlaming LLC, a firm co-founded in 2011 that specialized in various legal disputes. Ken has also contributed to social justice initiatives as a board member and chair at Sukkat Shalom Temple from 2005 to 2015, and taught media law at DePaul College of Law for over two decades. Ken Kraus holds a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a B.A. in Journalism from The Ohio State University.
