Program Manager, Restorative Justice Practices In Schools at National Conflict Resolution Center

Jennifer Vermillion is an experienced program manager specializing in restorative justice practices in schools, currently affiliated with the National Conflict Resolution Center since December 2015. In this role, Jennifer collaborates with the San Diego Unified School District to establish student-led restorative programs, providing training and mentoring for students, as well as support for staff and parents. Additionally, Jennifer has volunteered with the Restorative Justice Mediation Program since January 2015, facilitating dialogues between juvenile offenders and victims. Previous positions include an internship at the National Conflict Resolution Center and an admissions counselor role at San Diego Christian College. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling Psychology from San Diego Christian College.
