Julie Cobalt is a highly experienced transformation coach and consultant with a robust background in mediation, conflict resolution, and law. Since February 2022, Julie Cobalt has worked independently as a Transformation Coach and Consultant, advising clients on relationship dynamics. For over two decades, Julie Cobalt has served as a West Coast Resolution Mediator for the National Conflict Resolution Center, facilitating reconciliations and offering alternatives to litigation. Previous roles include Adjunct Professor of Law at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Attorney specializing in civil litigation with a focus on low-income individuals, and Arbitrator for the San Diego Housing Commission. Julie Cobalt holds a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, a Master of Arts from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, and a Bachelor of Arts from Hamline University.
