Saima Nasim

Saima Nasim is a seasoned conflict resolution specialist, mediator, and trainer with extensive experience in community mediation and educational programming. Currently serving as the Founder of Moeen since February 2023, Saima integrates conflict resolution with religious values and cultural sensitivities. In addition to ongoing roles at the National Conflict Resolution Center and RIHLA, Saima leads educational initiatives at the MCC of Greater San Diego and has held positions on the CAIR-CA executive board. A co-founder of Reclaiming Our Faith, Saima has organized significant community events, enhancing engagement and education. With a Master's degree in Conflict Management and Resolution from the Kroc School at the University of San Diego and a background in psychology, Saima brings a holistic approach to family and interpersonal conflicts, alongside a successful career in interior design.
