Dr. Mindy Connolly Cpcm, Fellow

Dr. Mindy Connolly is a Fellow at the National Contract Management Association, D.C. Chapter, since 2009. Dr. Connolly served as Chief Acquisition Officer for the General Services Administration and as CAO for the Chief Acquisition Officers Council from 2011 to 2012. Prior to these roles, Dr. Connolly worked as a Senior Procurement Analyst at the Executive Office of the President, where responsibilities included leading updates to the OFPP Emergency Acquisitions Guide and addressing environmental and acquisition matters related to the Affordable Care Act. Academic credentials include a Doctorate in International Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, a Master's of Science in Management from Troy University, and courses in Contracts Management from Defense Acquisition University, as well as a program in Public Administration at Harvard Kennedy School.
