Samantha Reich Williams has a diverse work history in the field of learning and development. Samantha is currently serving as the Senior Director of Learning at the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), where they previously held positions as Director of Learning, Senior Education Manager, Education Manager, and Senior Instructional Designer. Prior to their time at NCMA, Samantha worked at the International Medical Corps as an Instructional Design Specialist, where they established a global network for training assessment and developed various learning solutions. Samantha also worked at Futures Group, LLC as the Acting Director of Contracts and Compliance/Senior Compliance Officer, overseeing contracts and providing training on company policies. Before that, they served as a Senior Awards and Compliance Officer at Population Services International and held roles as a Program Specialist and Senior Subcontract Specialist at RTI International.
Samantha Reich Williams has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Mary Washington, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Samantha further pursued their education at George Mason University from 2015 to 2017, completing a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology.
