Jim’s every day responsibilities are to understand each stores strategy for growth, identify trends and emerging developments with the goal to improve the customers margin dollars. He possesses an excellent record of customer relations and focuses on the creation and maintenance of the business’ infrastructure with the concentration of company growth.
Jim graduated from Western New England University with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts & Science.
