Caroline Davidson

Caroline Davidson, MPH, PMP, serves as the Director of Practice Improvement & Consulting at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing since December 2022, managing substantial projects related to substance use and mental health with a budget exceeding $12 million. Prior to this role, Caroline held various positions at Shatterproof, culminating as Vice President of State Engagement, where leadership was provided to ensure successful implementation of initiatives across multiple states. Caroline's experience includes significant roles in project management, policy development, and stakeholder engagement within public health contexts, with earlier positions at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and Columbia University focusing on evaluation, communication strategies, and research on health disparities. Caroline holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley.
