Elaine Tsao

Elaine Tsao, MPH, serves as a Research and Evaluation Associate at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, focusing on policy and social change for mental health and substance use organizations. Previous experience includes a Program Evaluator role at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where Elaine consulted on the evaluation of mental wellness programs for LGBTQ+ youth, and as a Community Health Improvement Graduate Practicum Student at Cambridge Health Alliance, leading a year-long regional wellbeing assessment. This background is further supported by a Clinical Research Assistant position at McLean Hospital and a Graduate Research Assistant role at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
