Kristina Garritano Hoti

Kristina Garritano Hoti is a skilled psychotherapist currently practicing at Nourish Your Mind since September 2024 and also serves as a Certified Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor with the National Council for Mental Wellbeing since November 2022. In addition to prior experience as a Clinical Therapist at SECOND CHANCE COUNSELING, LLC, Kristina completed a Student Internship at Cornell Cooperative Extension in 2022, enhancing skills in mental health. Kristina’s extensive background includes roles in event planning and sales management within the hospitality industry, holding positions such as Director of Events at Caldwell House Bed and Breakfast, Catering Sales Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Senior Catering Sales Manager at 3 West Club. Kristina earned a Master of Social Work from Fordham Graduate School of Social Service in May 2023 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts-Drama Studies from Purchase College, SUNY.
