Jim Winkler

Jim Winkler has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within religious organizations. From 2000 to 2013, they served as the General Secretary at the General Board of Church and Society. In 2013, they joined the National Council of Churches, initially as the General Secretary and later became the President/General Secretary in 2014, where they continue to work.

Jim Winkler completed their Master of Arts degree in History from George Mason University between 1989 and 1992.
