Sebouh Kouyoumjian Mpa

Sebouh Kouyoumjian MPA, HSA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mental health, public health, and community advocacy. Currently serving as a Dementia and Brain Health Consultant for the International Association for Indigenous Aging, Sebouh leads strategic planning and facilitates ongoing assessments for organizational improvement. As a National MHFA Trainer and Public Health Associate with the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and NCUIH, respectively, Sebouh has developed expertise in training, stakeholder engagement, and culturally competent care. Previous roles include hospital social work at Kaiser Permanente and research positions focusing on health services evaluation and curriculum development. Sebouh holds a Master of Social Work from California State University, Long Beach, and a Master's in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco.
