Robert Silver

Robert Silver has a diverse work experience in the strength and conditioning field. Robert started their career in 2012 as a Graduate Intern at the University of Miami, where they developed and implemented strength and conditioning programs for various sports teams. In 2014, they joined the National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF) as an Assistant Director of Client Services. Since 2017, Robert Silver has also been working as an Adjunct Instructor at Florida International University.

Robert Silver earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Environmental Biology from UCL, graduating in 2012. Robert then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.) degree from the University of Miami in 2014, specializing in Exercise Physiology with a focus on Strength and Conditioning/Fitness Entrepreneurship.

National Council on Strength & Fitness - NCSF

It is the mission of the National Council on Strength and Fitness to establish, assess, and promote qualification standards for Exercise Professionals in a continued effort to foster a high level of professional competency and ethical practice, to best serve public interest and safety. The NCSF carries out this mission by providing subject matter experts and thought leaders for national and international committees and boards. This work is designed to facilitate standards and guidelines and promote effective public policy. The NCSF is dedicated to raising the bar in the fitness industry to protect the public while earning professional recognition for qualified exercise professionals as respected health providers. In addition, the organization is devoted to promoting worldwide health through the safe engagement in routine physical activity.
