Stephen McDonald

Stephen McDonald is an experienced professional in asset protection and education, currently serving as an Executive Team Lead for Asset Protection at Target since May 2021. Prior roles at Target include Asset Protection Team Lead and Fulfillment Expert. Additionally, Stephen is a participant in the National Cyber League as of August 2023. Previous experience includes roles such as Pest Control Technician at Mosquito Ranger, Paraeducator and Assistant Wrestling Coach at Basehor-Linwood High School, and Head Wrestling Coach at John Stark Regional High School. Stephen has also worked as a Security Officer at Ocean Resort Casino and held various educational and mentoring roles, demonstrating a strong background in student development and safety. Stephen’s academic journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity from Bellevue University, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Northwest Missouri State University, and an Associate of Arts in Music from Fort Scott Community College.
