Jenese Jones Oden

Jenese Jones Oden is an accomplished leader and consultant with extensive experience in strategic design, political training, community engagement, and education advocacy. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Oden Strategic Design Group since August 2022, Oden previously held significant roles including Chief Administrative Officer for the City of New Carrollton, Regional Organizing Director for the Maryland Democratic Party, and Program Director for Reading Partners. Oden's expertise encompasses program implementation, team management, and advocacy, with a strong focus on empowering communities and fostering effective organizational strategies.
