Kenneth Gonzales

Kenneth Gonzales is a seasoned trainer and organizing expert with extensive experience in political campaigns and volunteer management. Currently serving as a Trainer at Arena and Managing Director of Organizing, Training, and Campaigns at Everytown for Gun Safety, Kenneth has held various leadership roles including Managing Director of Volunteer Leadership and Engagement at Everytown. Previous positions include Trainer at the National Democratic Training Committee and Volunteer Manager for CO For All. Kenneth's campaign experience encompasses serving as Campaign Manager for Reginald Bolding for Secretary of State and Helmer for Virginia, where a successful strategy led to a significant voter turnout increase. Notable achievements include innovative outreach programs during the Jon Ossoff for U.S. Senate campaign and significant volunteer engagement during the Iowa Democratic Party's organizing efforts.
