Paul Gartner has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paul is currently the Chief Technology Officer at the National Democratic Training Committee since 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of CTO / EVP of Software Engineering at Remedy Health Media from 2018 to 2022. During their time at National Geographic Partners from 2013 to 2018, they served as the Vice President of Software Engineering and later as the Director of Software Quality Assurance. Before that, Paul worked at K12 from 2001 to 2013 in various positions, including Vice President, Senior Director, and Director of Software Quality Assurance and Configuration Management. Paul began their career at Ciber as a Consultant in 1997 and has also worked at Etensity, Onesoft, and Noblestar in senior engineering roles.

Paul Gartner attended Archbishop Wood High School from 1984 to 1988. After completing high school, they went on to study at Gannon University from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies. In addition to their degree, Paul also holds certifications including an ITILv3 Foundation Certificate from PEOPLECERT, which they obtained in July 2014, and a Certified ScrumMaster certificate from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in July 2013.
