Jacqueline Shanahan

Jacqueline Shanahan is an experienced professional in service design and business architecture, currently serving as a Business Architect (Director) and previously held multiple director-level positions at the National Disability Insurance Agency, including Service Design Lead and Lead Service Designer. Jacqueline also contributed as a speaker for GovCC and has experience in program coordination at UniSuper. Earlier in their career, Jacqueline worked as a Senior Project Officer in a fixed-term contract at the Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources, and as a Project Co-ordinator / Executive Assistant in a fixed-term contract at the Transport Accident Commission (TAC).
